SendFix is a job desk that repair and renovation contractors use to run their jobs. These terms apply to the contractors, Customers, Staff and Workers who use it, by WhatsApp, the portal or the Job Desk.

Using SendFix

Give accurate information, use SendFix only for real jobs, and do not use it to send abuse or spam, to break the law, or to try to see jobs that are not yours. The Admin decides who has access and can switch anyone off at any time.

Quotes, work and payments

A quote is an offer from the contractor, not from SendFix. The work and the payment are between the contractor and the Customer. SendFix keeps the record and sends reminders, and is not a party to the job.

Records

Messages, photos and job history are kept as a tamper-evident record of each job. They are not edited or deleted, so they can settle what was said and agreed.

The service

SendFix is provided as it is, without a promise that it will always be available or free of errors. It depends on WhatsApp, which is run by Meta and has its own terms. We may change or stop parts of the service, and we will say so when it affects you.
